    Our 10 Primary Aims for SDEC students:

    1. Focus on well-rounded development.
    2. Promote inclusive education.
    3. Encourage appreciation of Myanmar heritage.
    4. Develop 21st-century skills.
    5. Ensure bilingual proficiency.
    6. Promote physical education and sportsmanship.
    7. Encourage environmental awareness.
    8. Foster global citizenship.
    9. Build civic responsibility.

    Intellectual growth aim includes development in students’ critical thinking, civility, and friendly relations. Emotional growth mainly aims at maturity in feelings, interests and values. Practical skills development aim includes competency in bilingual, both English and Myanmar languages, Maths, Natural Science, Social Studies and Information Technology skills. Spiritual growth development in whole hearted soul-enrichment. It is one of the latest addition for education aims. They must be ready and qualified to get admissions to Universities and Colleges in and abroad. They must be able to transfer to any appropriate or equivalent grade in the public schools if need arises in accordance with the Education Ministry’s Private Education Law prescriptions.
